Over $2000 in fines and probation fees, 2 years probation, 16 “rehab” sessions, 6 month license suspension, 5 years on my record = less than a gram of marijuana. About 250 miles east its pretty much 100% legal. I’ll never understand it.
I got the charge 2 and a half years ago and my license is just now suspended. I suspect in 2 more years they’ll send me to jail for it
